Ces actions ont vocation \u00e0 permettre l\u2019acc\u00e8s au droit des personnes en situation de handicap quel que soit leur \u00e2ge. Elles ont \u00e9galement vocation \u00e0 offrir des moments de repos aux aidants familiaux. La r\u00e9ussite de ces actions n\u00e9cessite un travail en plateforme avec une forte dimension partenariale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019EPNAK a initi\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin 2022 le PTITH975, plan territorial pour l\u2019insertion des travailleurs en situation de handicap, \u00e0 Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon et animera ce plan selon une feuille de route de 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 18\u00e8me anniversaire de la loi du 11 f\u00e9vrier 2005 sur le Handicap, l\u2019EPNAK et ses partenaires souhaitent proposer un \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab symbolique \u00bb. L\u2019EPNAK est un \u00e9tablissement public national m\u00e9dico-social qui accompagne pr\u00e8s de 5000 enfants, jeunes et adultes en situation de handicap dans leur insertion sociale et professionnelle \u00e0 travers toute la France.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00e9ritable vecteur des politiques publiques, l\u2019EPNAK pr\u00f4ne dans sa feuille de route 2023-2025 l\u2019autod\u00e9termination, la transformation de l\u2019offre, l\u2019inclusion, les partenariats et l\u2019innovation.
